Not only is for appearance, the excercise is the complement for a full life, you can not be a healty person only by your mind, we are a complete human because all have a body and a mind that moves this body.
Even for a healthy mind you need all the values that you can learn when you practice (in the correct way which a exercise program or instructor) a sport or only do exercise.
Besides training your body, you train your mind, in order to get courage and face all the challenges.
Just try and face the fatigue if you can, after that all the challenges in your life be more easier.

Well talking about exercise, I think that nowadays most of the people do not have the enough time to do some exersice. So they should be searching any time, in order to keeping healthy If they shouldn`t, they will be fat and unhealthy

NATO UNDER A NEW THREAT
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was founded in 1949 by free and democratic nations from the north of America, ten from occidental Europe y three Mediterranean Europe nations. These nations were: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Federal Republic of German, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States of America.
The origin of treaty comes because the recently finished World War II with the principal objective to avoid a new World War and get a union between these nations to resist, in that case, some attack from other nation to any member of the recently formed organization.
Inside of the NATO organization exist the North Atlantic Council that is correspondent to the civil structure of the treaty, this civil side is conformed by delegates of all nations includes in the treaty. Besides, exists a Military Committee conformed by military delegates of all governments nations includes in the treaty and are under instructions of the North Atlantic Council.
The text of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization document is conformed for 14 articles in which is redacted the structure organization and duties in the economical area but the principal issue is military defense.
This military essence is described in article 5th who mentions that: “all parts have convenience that in case of an armed attack against one or more of the members, done in North America or Europe, will be considered as a directly attack to all the members and as a consequence they agree in use of their right of self and legitimate defense, recognized by the 51st article of the Declaration of the Union Nations, the necessary decisions, include the use of the army force for the reestablishment and keeping of the security in the North Atlantic region.
Has been a lot of years since this document was redacted; many countries has united to the alliance an now it counts with 26 members. The original text hasn’t been changed and because of the actual times and relationships between nations, notably different from the relationships of the middle twenty century, the question is: The actual threat of war comes from terrorist groups has no nation itself, only belongs to some group or groups that want the world instability, and under this new threat How the NATO must act in case of terrorist attacks? Should NATO qualify terrorist attacks, like those done in USA, England and Spain as a “directly attack to all members” as it’s redacted on article 5th of the NATO document?
The NATO has to solve that problem to be accord to the new world’s threats.

In these days is difficult to have time to go to the gym or somehing similar, anyway, I have read that people have to do exercise at least 20 minutes a day to get good health, so we have to look for the way to do it.

Well, about the topic of doing exercise i think it´s a very very important thing we should do in our lives. I´m not telling you that you must do it everyday, but I guess that three days per day is ok. In my particulary case I love sports and so I enjoy doing exercise. I used to practice karate do when I was 6 and I reach the black belt. Also I use to practice tae kwan do and basketball. Basketball is all for me. I can´t stay in the place where I am if I see someone playing basketball. I think doing any kind of sport is also a good manner to take away problems and stress. As you said it is not only for beeing svelt, it is also a way of life and it gives you the chance, sometimes to meet people and of course it also gives you the chance of being healthy.

Hi George! I like doing exercise specially jazz. Few years ago I
did exercise and I felt really good. My humor change and I was in
good shape. Nowadays I only have time at mornings, after my german
class, but I don't find a good place to do it because I don't like
going to gym, I find it very boring, I need more activity. That's
why I like jazz or kick boxing but the schedule of this activities

answer. To make the international promotion more efficient we have
some instruments or tools that are: Official mechanisms of
promotion: programme made by government to encourage exports. Trade
fair: is the encounter point of interested people in sales and
interested people in purchases. In this instrument we have some
divisions, it means different kind of trade fairs: General trade
fairs: in this kind of fairs are showed different kind of products
and generally is used to get in touch with the final consumers.
Specialized trade fairs: is made to cover all the stages of the
production of a sector. This kind of fairs generally goes with
technical congress or symposiums.

routine or at least you need to do exercise 30 minutes per day
sometimes we say that we don´t have time or money and there are
only excuses and for that reason we don´t do anything for keep our

time we eat a lot of fat, fruit and vegetables It isn't enough if
we eat healthy food and do exercise we´d have more energy, women
and men wouldn't have problems when they buy clothes but the most
important thing our body and mind would be healthy.
Well, about this article, i think dancing its a way to do exercise
and i love dancing!! In fact, i think dancing could help us in many
ways, for example, when you dance in a club or in a party, you are
enjoying that moment, at the same time, you loose weight and like a
plus, you might have a great time with a boy or girl you fancy,
and... you are doing exercise!!! When i want to loose weight or i
feel fat or something like that, i prefer to go to dance and forget
all my problems and enjoy the moment. Another way to do exercise is
to walk minimun 30 minutes per day, and its very easy, for example,
when you go to school or instead of catching the bus, you can walk
that streets to do exercise and to mantein your health and your

EFECTIVELY, IS NECESSARY TO DO EXERCISE VERY OFTEN BECAUSE IN THIS WAY YOU CAN LEAVE STRESS, YOU CAN GAIN MUSCLES AND THE MOST IMPORTANT YOU CAN BE COMFORTABLE WITH YOURSELF.
SOME PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY DON'T DO EXERCISE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TIME BUT I THINK THEY ARE LAZY BECAUSE WITH JUST 15 MINUTES YOU CAN GET A REALLY NICE SHAPE, SO THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR THEM.

well, nowadays if you don´t do excercise you are in a big problems, because in this moment the exercise is a big way for getting a good healt and if you have a good healt you would get the hapiness.
Most of the people here in Mexico doesn´t practice any kind of exercise because they say: "I didn´t have time for practicing sports", but this is a big lie, because sometimes we waste time in watch tv.or something like that for that situation i think that all people should practice 1 sport 15 minutes for day, because if you invert this time you could get a good healt.

I really enjoy play different kind of sports maybe I am not the best player but I always try to practice volleyball, soccer, basketball, etc. I love to play with my friends. The Mexican people haven’t had the sport’s culture; many times people prefer to watch television. They don’t know that play any sport is very funny. But I think that nowadays Mexican people begin to understand that and Mexico has started to create the sport’s culture.

We must find time to work out and come across our daily lifes.

I agree with you, i think that doing exercise has all the advantages that you motioned, but most of the times we don't have time, we don't like or it is just that we don't want.
But it's important to do it because if we are not in a good shape, this could cause us ills. So we have to do it.

To do exercise has more advantages than the people believe.
There are some exceptional benefits that staying fit can provide us, some of which are obvious like higher energy levels.
And you don´t forget that if you improve your level of fitness can also limit, or in some cases eliminate, your exposure to certain illnesses or diseases. Heart related diseases are the obvious number one here.
You can feel better when you weak up early and do exercise than when you sleep a lot, believe me!!!

I´m completely agree with you, soport is a way to keep the body all time in function, so is the best way to improve yor skills, for example your brain is active, and you can think faster, you get a beutiful body and you aren´t worry about your weihgt and you could eat that delicious desserts jaja.
Sadly I don´t have enough time for doing exercise, but in some opportunities, I go to the parties and I dance a lot.
Nowadays, doing exercise is an excellent tool in order to be in a good shape interior and exterior; so is important too, for do not have healthy problems and have a good actitude.
But nothing in excess, because the exercise is not only to loose weight; so if you go to the gym, you will have to do exercise according to your capacities.
Finally, doing exercise and drinking a lot of water is a good combination for support a silhouette.

I think sports is a life style, I enjoy running and also play soccer, basketball and "tochito".
I know to practice any sport is the easiest and cheaper way to be healthy, and when you do exercise in the morning you fell great all day.
Sometimes it is hard but once you have started is more difficult to quit.
Well I have been doing an artistic activity and I agree with you, because when you do exercise you feel better, and you feel all your muscles, and your back feel better, in my case most all the time I am sitting but when I do exercise I fell better
I guess that the exercise is the best way for the stress. I think with the exercise you can feel more better.

I have to admit the big importance of doing exercise
In fact I have practice exercise in different periods of my life and I know the good It make you feel, but maybe my problem is that I like to practice with some else around in order to at least talk, but I didn’t organize my time with friends to could do exercise regularly, but since I realize that I had been trying to do exercise alone, I get bored easily with this, but I will kept working, the muscular pain after had done exercise is some how nice, I had miss the feeling.
