Well, yes It is true, gas station steel! and then they complain about it.

I think the ones that have to complain is us I mean we`re the consumers.

Why we don`t complain when a bad product or service is gaven to us, maybe we complain but not like a community.

If you go to complain or write it by yourself It is not take in count, your complain don`t care to anybody.

I think the consumers should have more community in order to complain for bad products or services and in this way the companies will take in count ours complaints.

I think that problems like de gas station and many others are due to the mexican laws. The Congressmen are blames to make laws on your knees and with the purpose to favour a friend, a company or themselves.

Nowdays we live an important moment in our country and the minimun detail it could be the reason for make a big problem and distract us of the reality.

I didnt know what was the problem but today wednesday inthe moorning I listened the reason, so it was too bad but it is not only a problem of Profeco it is a complete problem to the government because the consumers pay for something and they didn´t receive the correct service.

On the other hand the workers have problems too with the way to pay the service, so to fix all the problem we need a complete action of our politics.

I THINK THAT NOWADAYS ITS A HUGE PROBLEM IN MEXICO. THE GOBERMENT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH IT INSTEAD OF DOING ALL THE STUFF THAT THEY ARE DOING RIGHT NOW. I'm completely agree with that sanctions. It's so fair because if you can see, when you go to fill the container of gasoline in different gas stations, always the needle of the gasoline mark different positions, some times more some times less than the last time because the gasoline bombs are altered but you never can fill with the correct proportion of the money and the quantity of liters of gasoline.

They always stole us and all of we know that, but, Is there a way to prove that?

Unfortunately there are many similar cases, companies abuse us and we do nothing. I think that it happens due to some times the authorities don't pay attention to our complaints and if they pay attention, the person affected could be the guilty, so people prefer not to demand in order to avoid more problems. Of course, this is not the best option.

I believe that in Mexico there are a lot things that have corruption and it is not nice know this situation because the majority people make a phrase “who not steal, not advance”; I am afraid won’t change, but yet, there are honest people that they don’t have these habits.

In my opinion about 1300 teenagers become pregnant in Mexico everyday is a one cause, due to, the Mexican family, there aren’t good communication about the sex, teenagers don’t know all kind of condoms, besides the they look at the relationships of TV and They think is correct the happen there are.

I think the problem come from the system, because this stuff is dealing long time ago, and the citizens have complained about it, but the people who is at the top of the country, I mean the most porwerful persons, they only take care about of their money and only think how to get more. in the other hand PROFECO is sleeping and not only in this problem, there are a lot of similar cases, but we have to be strong ´couse we are majority and figth for our rights..like population.

Well, of course it's not fair that gas stations close because of something which was their fault. At least they shoul have a little bit of dignity and face up their responsabilities.

What is fair is that they need to pay for the corruption they have been creating in every single gas station. It's a rob and even they dare to sell drugs in some of them!!!!

My utopic idea is to stop using cars for a week. I know it will become a desaster but maybe in this way, the goverment will do somethig to stop cheat gas station. Anyway, it won't happen and this problem will desapear without solution, thats why, when you buy gasoline, please go where there are automatic bombs, hey are better and less cheat than the others.

I think, that this is a very deep problem, these gas stations have been cheating us for long time enough, but the real problem lies underneath, in the mexiacan society, if we were more conscientious about what happens in our country, if we took actions before why not to do it now??, we have to take this issue and learn how to be honests with other people and ourselfs, we need to critice ourselfs, then we can change things from inside....

I don't understand why mexican people are cheaties. In addition of this, we are extremely ambicious, prouds, corrupts and a lot of adjectives that damage our development and create bad fame of us.

Not being conformed with steal people, now they do huelums and hurt the life of that people.

Of course that it´s not fair¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ The last weekend 4 and 5 of February, I visited Irapuato, and when we were on the freeway Queretaro-Mexico, my father wanted the service of a Gas station, and all of them were closed , so we were on the middle of the nigth and looking for a Gas station, and he drove to Celaya , and we were very late because we waisted time, so when we really need th service they dont give it, and they steel our money, so when is it going to stop?????

It is true, but for many year it have been happening whit out answer of anyone.

PROFECO is the most bigger organisation which was created to help the consumers.

I think, is for this organisation that this kind of problems nowadays are receiving the attention and we will see soon results to this.

In my opinion this kind of problems are just a result of the decisions and also the indecisions of all the people that live here in Mexico and use this service, because it's easy to think that this is one another consequence of our government and corrupcion, but we must know that at the same time it's because nobody says anything to try to stop this events, nobody report this acts with the authority; most of the times people prefer stay quiet and continue with their normal life but if anyone start to do something, then how we can ask a better lifestyle or a better place that offer us security?, and the most important how we can ask honesty and efficient if we don't do anything to improve this situation?.This is not just a authority's labor it's our responsability too.

Six years ago,I was working for a company that produced many equipment for PEMEX.

This company had 300 workers and 100 emplyees,and became in ones of main supplies of PEMEX, however lately in a bid for, PEMEX chose a company from Korea, and told us that products were cheaper.

Finally, I want to tell you that our Mexican company broke. How is possible believe that products made in Asia could be cheaper than produced in México. that was domping.

Mexico has a problem, we make laws to break them, when we get a rule we also thing in the way of not obey it.

When someone breaks a law we don´t think that they most be punished, we think first about who is that person, how important he/she is, the influence of that case in the media, society and diferent interest of powerfull peple, and sometimes if we can solve that problem in a diferent way it was posed at the begining.

I think that PROFECO is a good institution but should say exactly what franchises are robbing the gass because I imagine that there are some gas station that are responsbles I think that not all the gas stations are bothered and decide to be on strike because they didn't any rob. Also the authority would have to take some atention and investigate about this situation to find the gas station that are robbing t put a penalize and inform about this to the people in general. So in this way the people will feel safe.

I think that the main problem about the incomplete liters are selling the gas stations is about the administration and this is what we should be worried to change it, not only to change the bombs.
I also think that this big problem is because PROFECO have not done a good work when it check the how does the gas stations are working. This problem could have been prevented.

This problem in the gasoline and others products have existed since always, but people don´t say anything about it.

Sometimes people is in a hurry and they have a lot of thins to do to put a concern about this kind of steels, that´s why the gas stations always do the same.

I think it could be a good idea if we go in group to the apropiate authorities in order to demand our complete product and do the necesary to be listened.

We do everybody know that the gas satations've been stealing the gasoline for decades, but saying that in public is new, and that they get on strike because the law wants to punish them is real bullshit, I think that Mexico should gieve more chance to foreign enterprises so that this freelance may stop.

Every day I listen to Nino Canun from 5:45 to 7:00 am during the time I arrived for my school. And he makes a joke, the situation was that:

He went a gas station , and he ask for gasoline, but he told to the person who gives and put the gasoline in to the tanker that he wanted the bill and when we saw the bill the tanker has been growing up because his tanker was full whit just 60 liters and now it is full whit 73 liters, and he surprised about that.

At the end of his comment he made a question. And said: Excuse me car agency, Did you give me a car that has a tanker who grew up every year?

I think that the gasoline problem is directly related to the Pemex’s monopoly, because the consumers don’t have another option to chose from and they have to act according the gasoline’s station want to give then and no the correct quantity of gasoline they pay for.

What we need it’s enough of inversion in order to leave importing the gasoline and makes it by Mexican companies it could reduce the dependence our country has directly with the United States and in this way create jobs or attack the local inversion. There many business people who can invest in Mexican projects but it is necessary that these projects were enough attractive to the entrepreneur. This idea now could be a dream, but it’s up to the young people to be prepared to change the Mexican situation and even more improve it.

I think that first, we should demand PROFECO justice with all gas stations because gas stations looks for protection through laws avoiding any punishment.

We have to quit corruption and put more restrictions to test equipment used in the dispatching of fuel. I hope that this problem will be solved at short term.

First, gas stations steal us gasoline and money and then they want to be on strike, this is another way to damage to the consumers. They are the only culprits of the sanctions imposed by PROFECO.

PROFECO should check gas stations most frequently; in this way will be less bad things and the government should impose stronger sanctions to avoid this kind of situations.

If you are paying for something you should receive a good service or product. On the other hand, a good option or solution could be not acquiring this product or service.

The bad point is that people who work in gas stations won’t receive money because gas stations will be close and they need money to live.

Nowdays there are a lot of gas satations whom steals our money and anybody does nothing. And us can't do anything, because we need the gasoline but we can demand to the goverment the solution soon.

I hope that the owners of the gas stantion think in the country's economy and doing the correct.

I´m sorry to be late...It´s true that many gas stations have been stolen our money, some times my parents were victims of this bad action, for this reason I´m totally agree with PROFECO because their aim is protect us (the consumers) for the problems that the products of the companies can cause us. The employes of the gas stations only want to earn more money, and also PEMEX want to stole more money from their employes. However the goverment never do anything to stop this problems, and we only can wait for a solution (that maybe never will arive).

This isn´t the only problem with the gasoline, there were a lot problems, for example, the last week the price of the gasoline increased, and this caused that the prices of the public transport increased too!!!! Imagine...it was an injustice...because the price of the Magna gasoline didn´t increased, and this type of transport use this gasoline....well in conclusion...the gasoline stations are in a mistake, they have to analize the situation and be conscientious that they cause.

I think that the stolen gasoline case is a topic very interesting because this situation isn’t new, too many people kwon that this pass all the time, although the authority never hadn’t do it some thing for resolve this problem. Now the PROFECO say that they will verify that the gasoline station in order to not happen again this “unsuccessful situation”.

I hope that the PROFECO this time really do it your work. Because the costumers (we the Mexican costumer) deserve respect when we do it our bought.

well first that nothing I consider that this is been from bad handlings of the government and who as always the main victims is the Mexican society reason why I believe that it must have a handling but responsible for those who it has the concessions of the gas stations.

I consider that this act´s type is the colm because heva a gas station is very available and yet stole us, I don´t understand this fact.
PROFECO should close forever this stations, the unique thing that they are doing is take advantage of the people that don´t have other way that buy because need gasoline for do their things.
Recently the gasoline´s price rose up and the population didn`t accept, but I think that is due to president´s change.
